Paris Hilton says she doesn't go to the gym and she can thank her busy lifestyle for keeping her slim.
Paris Hilton doesn't need to go to the gym to keep in shape.
The 34-year-old star insists she rarely has time to hit the gym because she's so busy with her various business interests, but her hectic lifestyle jetting around the world keeps her active and maintains her enviable figure.
She told BANG Showbiz: ''I don't work out. I'm constantly just travelling, running to planes, DJ-ing, going to meetings, running around, so I think that's kind of my workout. I never stop, I'm always busy. I don't have time to work out!''
Last week, Paris launched her latest fragrance, Paris Hilton Limited Anniversary Edition, in England.
It was the socialite's 18th personalised perfume and she admits the history of the Hilton family name always strives her on to success with her fashion and beauty venture.
Paris - whose great grandfather Conrad Hilton created the Hilton hotel chain - said: ''The Hilton name is good pressure. I always have this innate urge to want to do big things and make a name for myself. I, and have amazing mentors in my grandfather and great grandfather, so in that way it's good.''
