Death of a Bachelor, the follow-up to 2013's Too Weird to Live, Too Rare to Die!, racked up sales of 190,000 equivalent units to debut at the top of the Billboard 200, giving the band its best opening sales week to date.

It replaces David Bowie's final release Blackstar, which falls to four after rocketing to first place following the news of his death earlier this month (Jan16).

Adele's 25 and Justin Bieber's Purpose stay put at two and three, respectively, while Twenty One Pilots' Blurryface is another non-mover at five.
