The Baywatch actress filed for divorce from the film producer in February (15), but Salomon asked for their brief second union to be annulled, citing fraud.

Salomon submitted his papers in Nevada, and Anderson is contesting his claim by insisting he is not a resident of the state, filing legal documents declaring they lived in Malibu, California, where she started divorce proceedings.

In the paperwork, obtained by TMZ.com, Anderson claims Salomon used a $40 million (£25 million) poker win to buy a home in Nevada in cash to make it look like he lived there.

The couple first wed in 2007, but the marriage was annulled two months later. Anderson revealed they had married again in January (14), but she filed for divorce in February (15) and subsequently won a restraining order against Salomon following a bust-up.
