‘No Bing Ting/ Council Estate of Mind’ is the released from Skinnyman’s long awaited album ‘Council Estate of Mind’. Skinnyman has been in the UK hip hop game for a long time and we are finally blessed to hear his words through Low Life Records. This single is excellent. The lyrics are exceptional and this is no fluke. Time has been put into this kind of thinking and the delivery would only be so sharp through a skilled freestyler. ‘No Big Ting’ is talking about survival

through inner city living with a non pretentious conscience message. Skinnyman slams his words with venom on the crisp beats that flow and roll with precision. It creates an infectious, solid hip hop track that could appeal easily to people adverse to hip hop. The music is sweet pure hip hop that definitely makes for an interesting listen.

‘Council Estate of Mind’ is equally as good. The production on this track is excellent that creates a smooth engrossing sound with nice female vocals on the chorus to hook us in. The lyrics are first class, talking about life growing up in a Council Estate, which makes for real words that need to be heard rather than so much dross we hear these days. Skinnyman is talking about real issues through experience, I think this is what makes him so entertaining, thought provoking and necessary right now.

This single is classic and is a serious contribution to UK hip hop and British music as a whole.
