My Red Cell's precociously good debut album "13 In My 31" is released on June 14, preceded by the single "In A Cage" on May 31st.

An anti-depressant in more ways than one, “In A Cage (On Prozac)” explores murderous urges, trapped emotions and chemo-extremism, brought about by existing in a small town full of bigots for twenty years combined with the new opium of the masses. Five pills a night certainly ain’t what it used to be….

“I’m ten feet tall and I know where the fascist lives, I’m gonna take a knife around his house and show him how to give. Got a knife and I know how to use it, got a knife and I know that he’s to blame.”

Never anything but intense, My Red Cell release the slag-heap blues of their awesome new single “In A Cage (On Prozac)” on May 31st. “In A Cage (On Prozac)” is the bands first full single release - the first 2 EPs being limited editions which sold out as soon as they hit the shelves.

The Welsh tearaways are also supporting the forthcoming Eighties Matchbox B-Line Disaster tour. Expect madness and mayhem at the following places:

A London show is to be confirmed.
The little scamps have also been invited by Zane Lowe to do a session for his Radio 1 show later this month.
