Synopsis:

Zero 7 are releasing a previously unheard remix of their End Theme track on to the net.

Taken from the Simple Things album, the remix was produced by highly regarded underground artist Herbert.

This exclusive release comes only days after the duo Zero 7, Sam Hardaker and Henry Binns, received a nomination for Best British Newcomer at this year’s Brit Awards.

You can vote for them to win the award at www.brits.co.uk

Zero 7 have just returned from touring the US, where they earned rave reviews in the media and impressed big names such as Elton John and Seal.

The rocket man was quoted in US publication Interview Magazine as saying:

"There's an English band called Zero 7, who have an album out called Simple Things and it's really great. It is fresh and original, and kind of retraces old steps but also has something that's really now to it."

Seal was reportedly trying to get hold of their mobile telephone numbers after being refused backstage entry at their LA gig.

2001 was a spectacular year for Zero 7. As well as being voted Best Newcomer at the Muzik Magazine Awards, they were also nominated for the much-lauded Mercury Prize.

2002 looks like it’s going to be just as successful for the London-based collective. Sales for their debut album Simple Things have now reached double gold (200,000) in the UK.
