"The HOTTEST record on the planet right now. This is an exceptional record !"

Zane Lowe Radio 1

With their last three singles charting consecutively in the 40, 30 and 20 - July sees the release of DOGS ' fourth single 'Selfish Ways' and hot on it's heels comes the debut long player by DOGS 'Turn Against This Land' on August 1st 2005. Receiving overwhelming support from Radio 1 and airplay 8 weeks up front of the release, ' Selfish Ways' is set to outstrip it's preceding tracks. The band's summer schedule is chock-a-block with an insane promotional calendar and rumour has it that their debut single 'London Bridge' was personally selected by Kate Moss as a contender for the latest Rimmel TV advertising campaign. Joining Ms. Moss in a chorus of approval is Paul Weller who has asked that DOGS be the main support in his UK tour later this year

Although it's only been eight months since their debut, DOGS have been amassing an army of DOG loving kids up and down the country. Their US debut at SXSW saw the legion of global DOG lovers expand and with over two hundred gigs under their belts DOGS' live reputation has matched their awesome songs and singer Johnny Cooke's burgeoning role as voice for his generation and pack leader for the disenfranchised.
