Get ready for the unadulterated and crazed onslaught of a new set of bands intent on tearing down the system and burning up the rulebooks. Backed with the frantic and fearless nature that comes with youth, it’s time for the Carling Live New Kings Of Rock & Roll to take centre screen.

Channel 4 are set to screen six exhilarating nights of full-blown, high-octane, rock & roll mayhem recorded at North London’s intimate Carling Academy Islington featuring twelve bands packed with passion, promise and a genuine lust for life.


Presented by Edith Bowman, each of the six shows feature Edith getting up, close and personal with the bands and finding out what makes the Carling Live New Kings of Rock and Roll tick. The bands rock, look stunning and sound awesome, plus the fans get a chance to have their say. Each show grabs your attention and leaves you wishing you had been at the coolest week of gigs this year.
