The BellRays - They Glued Your Head On Upside Down’
The BellRays will release their new single ‘They Glued Your Head On Upside Down’ on July 8th through Poptones/Telstar.

This is the second single to be taken from their recent album ‘Meet The BellRays’, an album which has met with near-ecstatic reviews, suggesting comparisons with everyone from Black Flag/Tina Turner/AC/DC/MC5/The Stooges amongst others – none of which really do them justice. For the BellRays Maximum Rock’n’Soul transcends pigeon-holing.

‘They Glued Your Head On Upside Down’ was Mark & Lard’s Record Of The Week recently and has received several daytime plays on Radio One. The BellRays have also been asked to record a session for John Peel.

‘They Glued Your Head On Upside Down’ will be released on CD (CDMC5073SCD) and 7” (CDMC5073S). The CD will also feature the tracks ‘The Same Way’ and ‘The Dream Police’.

Currently supporting John Spencer Blues Explosion on an 6 date tour of Japan The Bellrays will be returning to the UK for one small London show on July 4th (Venue tba) before heading to Europe for festival dates.

The Bellrays proper live return to the UK will be their performances on the Evening Session stage at Reading and Leeds and will be followed by a full UK
tour in the autumn.
