Something's Going On

Britain’s Best Band (Kerrang! Awards) ‘A’ release “Something’s Going On”, one of the highlights of their Silver-certified album “Hi-Fi Serious.” “Something’s Going On” is released on November 18th via London Records.

“Check out the mid-eight on this bad boy. 1:47” enthuses frontman Jason Perry. “I reckon it’s up there with ‘Summer Of 69’ by Bryan Adams. A mid-eight that’s surely the greatest mid-eight in mid-eight history.”

Following a hectic summer of festival appearances from Reading to Japan, ‘A’ are set to return with their biggest UK tour to date. Coinciding with the release of the new single, “The Inner City Sumo Tour” will rock ‘ard and rock ‘eavy at the following venues:

November

18th - Glasgow Barrowlands
19th - Liverpool K2
21st - Newcastle University
22nd - Manchester Academy
23rd - Sheffield Octagon
24th - Birmingham Academy
26th - Bristol Academy
27th - Southampton Guildhall
28th - Norwich U.E.A.
29th - London Brixton Academy

Tickets are available from the usual agents at a price of 14, except for London, priced at 15. And how ace are support acts? Pretty damn ace, especially when you’ve got Goldfinger and Voodoo Glow Skulls on the bill.

‘A’ are also set to roll into Nottingham Rock City on October 26th with DJ sets from the Rock Show’s Mary-Anne Hobbs and The Lock Up’s Mike Davies.
Tickets for the all-night event, which is part of the Radio One Live In Nottingham event, are available at a special low ticket price of just 6, so you’ve got no excuses for not getting yo’ asses down there.
