The heavy rockers kicked off the first leg of their The End trek in North America in January (16), before heading Down Under in April (16).
They are currently on the road in Europe, where they will headline the Download festival line-up on Saturday (11Jun16) at Donington Park, England.
In anticipation of the rock festival show, flyers have been handed out to Download fans to promote Black Sabbath's ongoing goodbye tour, and the promos list what appears to be their final run of concerts in early 2017.
According to the ads, Ozzy and his bandmates will bring The End tour to a close with seven additional shows in the U.K., and their last two dates will be staged back where it all began - in their native Birmingham.
The Paranoid hitmakers will play Birmingham Genting Arena on 2 and 4 February (17), before bowing out for good, reports NME.com.
The homecoming gigs are just what guitarist Tony Iommi had hoped for, after previously expressing his desire to bring his career in the band full circle.
"Birmingham means such a lot to us," he said in March (16). "It would be nice to think it could finish where it all started, in Birmingham."
Meanwhile, the heavy metal group's management officials have announced three extra U.S. dates for November (16), revealing Black Sabbath will play their last ever U.S. date in San Antonio, Texas on 12 November (16). The gig is one of three headlining arena concerts the band have added to the final North American leg of The End tour. Ozzy and company will also perform at BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas.
The final U.S. date is significant as San Antonio is the site of one of Ozzy's most headline-grabbing moments - the rocker was arrested for public intoxication and urination after he was caught relieving himself on The Alamo cenotaph in the Texas city in 1982.
City council officials banned Osbourne from performing in San Antonio, but he was pardoned a decade later after he reportedly donated $10,000 (GBP6,900) to the Daughters of the Republic of Texas organisation, which maintains and manages The Alamo, one of the most popular tourist attractions in Texas.
The band's final North America trek begins in August (16) and includes a headlining set at the new Ozzfest Meets Knotfest festival in California.
