Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr's marriage is over.

The couple, who have been married for three years, have decided to go their separate ways.

Orlando and Miranda are said to have been living ''amicably apart'' for the last few months.

A representative for Orlando said: ''After six years together, they have recently decided to formalise their separation.''

The actor and model have a two-year-old son, Flynn, who they say will not be affected by their split.

Orlando's representative said: ''Despite this being the end of their marriage, they love, support and respect each other as both parents of their son and as family.''

Although the couple have officially announced their break-up, it is not the first time that news of a split has emerged. Just last year rumours were rife that the couple were no longer together, however, these allegations were strenuously denied by the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' actor, his former Victoria's Secret model wife and their families.

At the time, Miranda's manager stated: ''There is absolutely no truth in the headline or story.''

And Orlando's mother insisted that ''everything is fine'', adding that the couple were ''very happy''.

Orlando has reportedly also put his Hollywood Hills home on the market for $4.5 million.
