In her latest bid to draw viewers to her struggling cable network OWN, Oprah Winfrey is teaming up with TheHuffingtonPost.com to launch a new dedicated section of HuffPo in August featuring videos and articles about health, fashion and culture that have traditionally been the subjects of Oprah's talk shows. In a statement, Winfrey and Ariana Huffington said that they plan to combine resources from Oprah.com and Huffpo, but it was not clear whether Winfrey would actually host exclusive features on the website. HuffPo currently attracts 36.9 million users per month, while OWN averages fewer than 250,000 viewers.
