Olivia Newton-John has put her hurricane-proof mansion on the market for $6.2 million.
The 64-year-old actress - who purchased the house with her husband John Easterling in 2009 - is set to make a profit on the waterfront pad, which is located in Jupiter Island, Florida after splashing out over $2 million on renovations.
The 6,383 square foot nature-inspired home - which the 'Grease' star initially bought for $4.1 million - boasts four bedrooms, three bathrooms and special impact glass throughout, which is made to withstand violent storms.
Not only does Olivia's pristine place step out onto the ocean but it also has its own dock and pool, which is finished off with tropical landscapes.
An estate agent told RadarOnline.com: ''[It has an] incredible backyard with kayak beach, crystal clear water for snorkelling and a dock for up to an 80 ft boat.''
Olivia's husband's travels were rumoured to have inspired some of the décor in their flashy home - which is situated in the neighbourhood with Celine Dion, Tiger Woods and Michael Jordan's mansions - and has the added bonus of stunning views of the historic Jupiter Lighthouse.
