Rapper OL' DIRTY BASTARD's widow has subpoenaed hip hop mogul Damon Dash's former landlord in a bid to retrieve her late husband's master recordings for an unreleased album.

Icelene Jones believes Dash left the project, titled A Son Unique, behind when he was evicted from his New York summer home in 2013, and she is asking Elad Yoran for the record back, after Dash reportedly refused to return it, according to the New York Post.

Dash is currently locked in a battle with his former landlord after accusing him of withholding items following his eviction from the property. Yoran maintains he is still allegedly owed $100,000 (£62,500) in rent.
