The Russian singer - who split from the 'Edge of Darkness' actor earlier this year amid allegations he assaulted her during their relationship - is currently trying to find the other women in order to prove Mel has a history of violence and is too dangerous to be around their one-year-old daughter Lucia, according to gossip website TMZ.
Oksana's attorney Dan Horowitz has hired an investigator to track down the women and Oksana is hoping they will testify that he was violent towards them.
Although the pair are involved in a bitter custody battle, Mel currently has full visitation rights to Lucia.
At the end of October, Oksana accused Mel of breaching a court order to provide $20,000 a month in child support and if found guilty at a court hearing tomorrow (10.11.10) Mel could face jail time.
A source said: "For three consecutive months, Mel has paid Oksana somewhere between $5,000 and $10,000 each month, it varies, but either way, it is well short of what a judge instructed he must deliver the mother of his child.
The Hollywood star is reported to be refusing to pay the full amount until a judge decides whether Mel can charge rent on the home in which Oksana and Lucia live.
