The boyfriend of Puerto Rican pop star Noelia has hit back at the singer's stepfather TOPY MAMERY, after he claimed a lawsuit filed against him for sexual abuse was fabricated. Noelia and her current lover/manager Jorge Reynoso reportedly filed suit against Mamery - the husband of Noelia's mother Yolandita Monge - on 7 December (07) in Mexico, accusing him of inappropriate conduct relating to an incident in 2003. But Mamery claims he has not received legal papers of any sort, casting doubt on the authenticity of the allegations. He tells PeopleEnEspanol.com, "The immediate response of (the Office of the Attorney General) is that it doesn't appear on record. (There isn't) a lawsuit, not even anything that looks like one." And Mamery has also revealed that he isn't the only person Noelia has accused of sexual abuse, naming Guillermo Santiso (the former president of her old record label Fonovisa), and singer Alejandro Montaner, as those previously accused. But Reynoso insists the lawsuit is for real - and warns Mamery to expect the worst. He says, "Right now in Mexico, he (Mamery) is an alleged rapist, whether or not he likes it. He can tell the world it doesn't exist, but yes, it exists. And he better prepare himself because he's going to have to fess up. The moment of truth has arrived." This is the latest scandal to surround Noelia and her family - she and her on/off boyfriend Reyneso featured in a leaked sex tape earlier this year (07), but Reyneso has denied any involvement in the release of the footage.
