Punk band F**KED UP are at the centre of legal action from an American drinks company over allegations the group slammed the organisation in their online blog.
The Canadian rockers are being sued by bosses at Thriller Energy, who filed legal papers against the band in Los Angeles.
Chiefs at the soft drinks firm claim the rockers, who they sponsored at March's (10) South By Southwest festival in Austin, Texas, insulted them in an online posting.
In the blog the band described the company as "bulls**t" and and described the drink as the most "vile stuff you can put in your body".
They went on to describe an employee of the company, said to be a man called Nick Fenstle, as "one sad looking guy handing these tiny cans to people out of a garbage can full of ice".
The lawsuit from Thriller Energy claims that Fenstle "has suffered and will continue to suffer mental pain and anguish" because of the blog content.
The firm is seeking "judgement" on and "interest" from the band, according to NME.com.
