Former Nirvana bandmates Dave Grohl and KRIST NOVOSELIC have reunited to record a new song for the Foo Fighters next album.
Sixteen years after the Nevermind rockers split following frontman Kurt Cobain's suicide, the band's drummer and bassist joined forces in Grohl's garage recording studio - and the collaboration was overseen by former Nirvana producer Butch Vig.
Grohl reveals, "We've been in my garage recording totally old school analogue with Butch Vig.
"For me it was a dream come true. Krist Novoselic came in the other night and played bass on a song!"
