Model Niki Taylor is suing a Tennessee cosmetics company for illegally using her image to sell their products.

The former Cover Girl pin-up claims sexy shots of her have been used for marketing by the Irene Group and Fortune Hills International even though she never gave the company's bosses permission.

In papers obtained by US News show CELEBRITY JUSTICE, Taylor claims famous Sports Illustrated photos taken of her were used to sell perfumes and body powders "without authority or licence from Taylor".

Taylor is planning to launch her own fragrance in September (05) and fears the public will be confused when they start looking for her official new product, while she appears to be promoting another brand.
