Nicole Richie is confident she knows her customers' wants and needs when designing her clothes.
The former reality TV star has become well-respected in The Fashion world after launching her labels House of Harlow 1960 and Winter Kate and says after working closely with various members of her teams and speaking to her consumers she now knows what works well for the ranges.
She said: "I have been travelling all over the world, meeting with buyers, doing appearances and meeting my customers to get their feedback. Now I feel I know them very well, and have been designing for them."
While Nicole knows what her customers wants, she recently revealed how she loves to buy vintage clothes because they guarantee a unique outfit.
She said: "I'm a big vintage shopper and I love thrift stores. The beauty of anything vintage is that you're not going to see lots of other people in the same thing. I like to be different.
"I wear a tonne of accessories. I love scarves. I've lost count of how many I have, but you can never have too many - they totally lift an outfit and make it individual."
