Hollywood beauty Nicole Kidman was thrilled when the UNITED NATIONS gave producers permission to film her latest movie The Interpreter in their New York city headquarters, because it gives the feature "extra credibility".

For the first time ever, bosses at the UN's HQ on Manhattan's First Avenue, let Kidman, her co-star Sean Penn and the crew into the high-security building.

Kidman enthuses, "I think it was very important that we did film there.

"Filmgoers can spot a set these days and this gave extra credibility."
