Rocker Nick Cave will perform a series of solo shows at screenings of his new film film 20,000 Days On Earth.

The documentary, which chronicles a fictionalised day in Cave's life, was a hit at the 2014 Sundance film festival, picking up editing and directing prizes, and will be screened across North America this summer (14).

Cave will be on hand to perform at the piano at events in Los Angeles, Montreal in Canada and New York City in July and August (14).

The appearances will coincide with the musician's Nick Cave And The Bad Seeds tour.
