Reggaeton artist Wisin is set to release his first solo album this winter (13).
The hitmaker, who is one half of Wisin y Yandel, has teamed up with Pitbull, Chris Brown, Ricky Martin and Jennifer Lopez for the album, titled El Sobreviviente 2.
The announcement comes one week after his partner Yandel announced he would be releasing a solo project in November (13).
Earlier this year (13), the duo's manager dismissed reports suggesting the two stars were planning solo projects.
Edgar Andino told Billboard.com, "Wisin has been recording in Puerto Rico and Yandel in Orlando, and because they're recording separately people are speculating. But the bottom line is, they haven't had the possibility to record solo."
