Rapper WILL.I.AM refuses to travel with a big entourage - because he doesn't need to draw attention to his celebrity status. The Black Eyed Peas star is baffled by the hip-hop trend to be surrounded by a large group of pals at all times, and insists employing heavyweight security men to guard them would only restrict his enjoyment on the road. He says, "People sell a lot of records and then have to have these huge body guards that can't even run they're so big, and we've sold way more than they did. "I don't need that, I'm just having fun."
'Smalls Change (Meditations Upon Ageing)' arrives in April.
The two awards have made for a great 72nd birthday present for the country music icon.
