Rock star TOYAH WILLCOX is considering hiring an armed officer to protect her from a deranged stalker. The singer/actress claims the American fan has jetted over to her British home on several occasions to harass her, and she's so scared she's notified immigration services to be on their guard. But if the situation escalates the IT'S A MYSTERY hitmaker fears she may be forced to step up security at her Worcestershire home. Willcox says, "She is mentally ill.
