Wes Scantlin's neighbour has stepped up their ongoing dispute over a patio by obtaining a restraining order against the singer.
Electro pop star Sasha Gradiva accused the Puddle of Mudd frontman of attacking an area outside her home with a buzz saw, leading to the rocker's arrest last month (Jul13), as part of a long-running row over property divides.
She has now gone to court and obtained a temporary restraining order to keep Scantlin, 41, away from her, according to Tmz.com.
The ban, which prevents the musician from going within 20 feet (18 metres) of Gradiva and prohibits him from contacting her, will reportedly be reviewed later this month (Aug13).
