Victoria's Secret beauty Constance Jablonski has been hit with a lawsuit from her former modelling agency.
Bosses at the Marilyn Model Management, who discovered the 21 year old in 2008, have accused Jablonski of breach of contract after she signed with their competitor, Dna Model Management, last month (Dec12) - despite allegedly having an agreement to appear on the firm's talent roster through 2014.
In papers filed at the Manhattan Supreme Court on Tuesday (15Jan13), her former agents also allege the French stunner's highly-publicised exit damaged their reputation, as well as their ability to secure new clients.
Marilyn Model Management executives are seeking $3.3 million (£2.1 million) in damages and an injunction barring Dna chiefs from representing Jablonski, according to the New York Daily News.
