Frankie Valli's estranged wife is demanding the veteran singer pay her legal fees in their long-running divorce battle.
The Four Seasons frontman filed to end his 20-year marriage to Randy in 2004, but the former couple has failed to reach a settlement and are continuing to fight it out through the courts.
Now Randy Valli, who has three children with the star, is asking a judge to force Frankie to cover her attorneys' fees - over and above the monthly total of $30,000 (£18,750) for spousal support and her share of the royalties from his band's hit Broadway and West End musical Jersey Boys.
According to legal papers obtained by Tmz.com, she claims the singer, 77, can easily afford the extra costs as he earns more than $515,000 (£321,875) a month.
Corgan took to Instagram to confirm rumours of new Pumpkins material, saying the first songs could arrive as early as May.
