U.S. soap star HUNTER TYLO has filed a wrongful death claim against the social worker who counselled her late teenage son. The Bold + The Beautiful actress was left devastated when Michael Tylo Jr., 19, drowned in a swimming pool accident following an apparent seizure on 18 October (07). Hunter, 45, initially launched a malpractice lawsuit against therapist Shanna Downing, but she has not changed this to a wrongful death suit. In legal papers, Hunter claims the Nevada-based Downing misdiagnosed Michael's seizure disorder as "stress-related" and implanted "false memories", reports American magazine Us Weekly.
