TV presenter Mark Speight will not face charges over the death of his fiancée.
Speight, 42, was arrested by police after the body of Natasha Collins was discovered in a north London flat the pair shared on January 3rd.
The children's presenter was initially arrested on suspicion of murder and supplying cocaine, but later bailed.
A Metropolitan police spokesman said today: "Following advice from the crown prosecution service a decision has been reached that there will be no further action against a man in his 40s who was arrested on suspicion of supplying Class A drugs on January 3rd 2008, following reports of the sudden death of Natasha Collins at a residential address in St John's Wood.
"An inquest into her death is scheduled to take place at Westminster Coroner's Court on April 2."
Speight recently quit the CBBC show SMart citing the "tragic loss" of Ms Collins.
The 42-year-old presenter and Ms Collins, 31, met while filming the CBBC show See It Saw It.
