The members of 1960s band THE TURTLES are suing an American restaurant chain, after used their 1967 hit Happy Together in its commercials.
The Turtles are demanding $75,000 (GBP39,473) from the Applebees restaurant chain, claiming that the music and voices in the ad turn a "sweet love song to a crass paean to shrimp and steak combination plates", according to legal papers.
