Cult British band The La's have confirmed they are reforming for two festival dates this summer (11).
The There She Goes hitmakers sparked rumours of a comeback last month (Jun11) when frontman Lee Mavers played a secret concert in Manchester, England, his first gig for two years.
Now it's been confirmed they have been added to the bill of Bestival on Britain's Isle of Wight in September (11) and Rock En Seine in Paris, France in August (11).
The gigs will be the first time The La's have performed together in public for six years.
'Smalls Change (Meditations Upon Ageing)' arrives in April.
The two awards have made for a great 72nd birthday present for the country music icon.
