Music producer The Dream is wanted by New York police for questioning after his ex-girlfriend accused him of assault, according to a U.S. report.
The star allegedly attacked his ex-girlfriend Lydia Nam, who was pregnant at the time, at the Plaza Hotel in the city in April, 2013.
Nam did not file a police report until November (13) and police officers now want to speak to the producer - real name Terius Nash - in connection with the allegations.
Sources close to the producer tell Tmz.com that Canadian Nam is lying and is using the allegation as a way to extend her visa in the U.S.
Nash was arrested for a domestic violence incident in June, 2013 in California but Nam refused to press charges, so the case was dropped.
