A California judge has refused to issue a temporary restraining order prohibiting the DOORS 21ST CENTURY from using that name.
Tragic singer Jim Morrison's parents and drummer John Densmore are challenging Doors founding members Ray Manzarek and Robby Krieger after they revamped the group with CULT star Ian Astbury and Stewart Copeland, formerly of The Police.
But an initial bid to force the duo to change the name of their group has fallen through.
A final ruling on the petition filed by Densmore is still pending.
