Rare footage showing ROLLING STONE KEITH RICHARDS suffering a near-fatal electrocution onstage is being auctioned online.
Shot in 1965 at a Stones gig in Sacramento, California, the colour super-8 film shows Richards accidentally touching his guitar strings to an ungrounded microphone before he collapses to the floor.
The brief film then shows his bewildered bandmates and a shocked audience. It is expected to fetch around $10,000 (GBP5,560), writes website PageSix.com.
Recalling the incident, Richards later said, "I woke up in the hospital an hour later. The doctor said (electric shock victims) come around or they don't."
The auction at website Itsonlyrockandroll.com ends today (16DEC05).
The film will be the first in the Marvel Cinematic Universe led by a person of colour.
The actor plays the titular hero in the forthcoming adaptation.
Rock legend Eric Clapton has admitted the era of the guitar may be ''over''.
Following his success with 'The Force Awakens', the director will close out the trilogy.
