Spanish music star JOSE LUIS CANTERO has died after a year long battle with lung cancer. He was 69.
Cantero, also known as El Fray, was one the stars of the flamenco-style music known as Spanish Song.
His biggest hit came in 1980 with the track El Toro Guapo (The Handsome Bull) - but had a career renaissance in the late 1990's when one of his songs was used in the 1998 film Torrento, The Dumb Arm of the Law.
