South Korean rapper G-DRAGON has been questioned by police after breaking the country's strict obscenity laws by allegedly simulating sex onstage with a dancer.
The 21 year old, real name Kwon Ji-Yong, is at the centre of an investigation by Seoul authorities after drawing complaints for his reportedly X-rated performance during a concert in December (09), which was attended by many underage fans.
The star, a member of the rap group Big Bang, is also accused of singing two explicit tracks at the risque show.
He was quizzed by cops on Thursday (04Feb10) could now face up to a year in prison or a $4,270 (£2,668) fine if charges are filed and he is found guilty.
He has denied the allegations, insisting he didn't consider his performance to be "obscene".
Prosecutors are expected to decide whether or not to press charges later this month (Feb10).
The youngster hasn't been the same since his trip to the Upside Down.
The actor says he isn't "holding out for more money or doing anything like that".
The drama will be making its return to the streaming service in the near future.
