A former star on U.S. soap opera ONE LIFE TO LIVE has pleaded guilty to resisting arrest stemming from a 2007 scuffle in New York.
Nathaniel Marston, who played Dr. Michael MCBain in the hit daily show from 2003 to 2007, was alleged to have attacked three men with a metal crate outside a Big Apple gas station.
When police tried to intervene, Marston allegedly lashed out, kicking an officer and leaving him bruised.
As part of a plea deal, the 34 year old admitted a charge of resisting arrest at a New York court on Thursday (12Mar10). He is not expected to face jail time as he has already completed an anger management course.
He was reportedly dismissed from his role on the soap after the incident.
