An online encyclopedia entry about SCOPIONS' album VIRGIN KILLER has been blacklisted by an Internet watchdog because of the LP's controversial cover art.
The original 1976 record caused uproar when it was released because the cover showed a picture of a nude prepubescent girl. The artwork was deemed so offensive it was eventually replaced by a less controversial picture showing the four band members.
And now, more than 30 years later, the photograph is still causing problems.
Online encyclopedia website, Wikipedia, has had a page dedicated to the album blacklisted by Britain's Internet Watch Foundation (IWF), because the article shows the record's original cover.
The list is used to filter out child pornography and other illegal content and means 95 per cent of internet users will not be able to access the Wikipedia entry about the LP.
Ono is to receive a credit for co-writing 'Imagine', 46 years after it was released.
