LATEST: Hip-hop star SAIGON has been given the go-ahead to release his debut album after several run-ins with the law left his recording career in doubt.
Earlier this year (August07), the rapper was pulled over by police for making an illegal turn but was subsequently arrested for carrying a knife. Saigon was also involved in an altercation with hip-hip duo Mobb Deep.
But now the star is looking forward to reviving his career with the release of his new LP on 4 December.
He tells MTV News, "I feel good about the timing, and I'm totally confident about coming in the fourth quarter with the big dogs."
