Russian singer FILIPP KIRKOROV (corr.) has been forced to ditch his gig in Yerevan, Armenia after 30 youth groups protested against his anti-Armenian stance.

The outraged protesters accused the controversial hitmaker of being anti-Armenian and pro-Turkish, and of having publicly insulted an Armenian reporter because of her background.

They also slammed his concert as "immoral", as it was scheduled for 8 April (05) - the eve of the 90th anniversary of the Armenian massacre at the hands of the Turkish in 1915.

Kirkorov says, "If they do not want to see and hear me in Yerevan, then this will not happen."
