PINEAPPLE EXPRESS actor CRAIG ROBINSON will have his felony drug conviction dismissed after complying with a court order to complete drug counselling.
The 37-year-old actor pleaded guilty to felony possession of Ecstasy in a deal he struck with Los Angeles prosecutors in August (08).
Charges of methamphetamine possession and a misdemeanour charge of driving under the influence were dropped.
Prosecutors agreed to dismiss the case entirely if the actor stayed clean and completed an 18-month drug education course.
A ruling on Tuesday (12May09) confirmed Robinson had finished the classes, and the case would be dismissed next February (09), reports TMZ.com.
Robinson was arrested in Culver City, California on 29 June (08) after police pulled him over and found drugs in his car.
