Former Next singer Raphael Brown has been awarded sole custody of his two children amid a long-running row with his ex-wife.
The Too Close singer filed legal papers accusing his former partner Juliette, the mother of his son and daughter, of removing their 12-year-old boy from school and plotting to move the children to Minnesota, where her family lives.
A judge has now granted him sole custody of the kids, according to TMZ.com.
They have been locked in a legal battle over the children since 2014, when Juliette accused Brown of domestic violence and was granted a restraining order. He disputed her claims.
