R. KELLY returned to the stage in his native Chicago, Illinois for the first time since he was acquitted on child-pornography charges last year (08) and shared his underwear with lucky fans.
During back-to-back concerts at the Auditorium Theatre on Tuesday and Wednesday night (17-18Nov09), the soul superstar wowed screaming female fans with stunt striptease behind a screen - and then handed out his briefs.
The sold out shows began with Kelly ripping through a hits medley but a kinky onstage moment during which Kelly disappeared behind a screen and appeared to be stripping was the highlight.
He then presented a screaming fan with his removed underwear.
Kelly also paid tribute to Michael Jackson, leaving the stage as home video footage of the late King of Pop was beamed onto a huge screen.
And there were tributes also to Kelly's mother and his hero Sam Cooke during an encore full of Cooke hits.
