Pop rockers Emblem3 have cancelled a show in Scotland after bandmember Wesley Stromberg was hospitalised during a trip to the U.K.
The band jetted to Britain this week (beg31Mar14) for a series of shows, but the tour has now come to halt after singer Stromberg fell sick and was admitted to a medical facility.
The star broke the news to fans on Tuesday (01Apr14) by posting a Twitter picture of himself lying in a hospital bed with the caption, "I'm in the hospital but I'm feeling better! Nothing can keep me from my UK Emblems (fans)!!!"
However, he was still in the hospital on Wednesday (02Apr14), prompting the band to axe a show in Glasgow, Scotland that night.
A message posted on the group's Twitter.com page reads, "Hey Emblems - we're really sorry to inform you that we need to cancel tonight's show in Glasgow... We couldn't be any more bummed but Wesley Stromberg is still really sick. We're working to get him better as quickly as we can... Please just hold onto your tickets for now while we work to see if we can reschedule the date. Send Wesley Stromberg your love!"
No details about Stromberg's condition have been released.
