U.S. reality TV star NICOLE 'SNOOKI' POLIZZI has pleaded not guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and creating a nuisance following her arrest last month (Jul10).
The Jersey Shore star was held by cops in New Jersey on 30 July (10) after allegedly drinking alcohol in public while filming the series' third season.
She was hit with misdemeanour charges of creating a nuisance, disorderly conduct, and annoying people at the beach, and the case came before officials at Seaside Heights Municipal Court, New Jersey on Wednesday (18Aug10).
Polizzi was not required to appear at the hearing, but she issued a not guilty plea to all three charges through her lawyer. The case is due back in court next month (Sep10).
