The vocalist claims he quit the group after having his creative inputs rebuffed by Martinez, and he's now called in his lawyers to settle any outstanding financial issues. Nando says, "Cruz and I could not reach an agreement. I told him we could try this or try that, and he told me he would do whatever he wanted to do. "I don't have a contract with anyone." Nando now plans to launch a solo career.
