An overrun of CBS's coverage of March Madness helped the network dominate Sunday night's ratings. Coverage of the NCAA tournament during the first 45 minutes of the 7:00 p.m. hour drew nearly 12 million viewers and lifted the ratings of every other program that followed during primetime. By the same token, most rival programs suffered significant ratings hits. ABC's Once Upon a Time, for example, dropped to a series low in the ratings with 7.3 million viewers, while two hours of NBC's All-Star Celebrity Apprentice attracted just 5.1 million viewers. Last season, the series averaged 7.1 million.
