Former model Mandy Rice-Davies has died, aged 70.
The British beauty passed away on Thursday (18Dec14) following a short battle with cancer.
A spokesman for publicist Hackford Jones says, "It is with deep sadness that the family of Marilyn Foreman, also known as Mandy Rice-Davies, have confirmed that she passed away yesterday evening after a short battle with cancer... They have asked for their privacy to be respected and no further comment will be made."
Rice-Davies is best known for her role in the Profumo sex scandal that rocked the British Establishment in the 1960s. She and her pal Christine Keeler gained notoriety after Keeler, then 19, had an affair with U.K. Secretary of State for War John Profumo, who later resigned over the controversy.
